Connie Cunningham sweats the details. Because she knows that’s the best way to help her clients sell and buy homes.
A real estate professional since late 2005, Connie spent more than 20 years before that in medical sales. She understands the need for accuracy and careful analysis. And she uses these tools to give home buyers and sellers the information they need to make good decisions.
Connie was born in Pensacola, Florida, but spent most of her life in Macon, Georgia. Her mother was an entrepreneur—owning a popular health food store. She instilled in Connie the importance of creating great relationships with people—not just customers, but employees, vendors, and anyone else who may ultimately contribute to a transaction. This, Connie believes, is the secret to business success.
Connie attended Piedmont Hospital School of Nursing, practiced nursing for 4 years and then moved into medical sales. After over two decades of success, she was ready for a career change and decided to enter the field of real estate.
She hasn’t looked back.
Connie works with both sellers and buyers, is a Member of the National Association of REALTORS® and is certified as a distressed property expert. In addition, she continuously improves her professional expertise through ongoing continuing education courses.
Connie has lived in the northern Atlanta suburbs since 1998. Strategically located, she is a neighbor to many of her clients in North Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Dawson & Cherokee counties and more. She is active in her church in Alpharetta, where she has served as a small group leader off & on for 15 years. She is also a mentor in the Fulton County Schools.
An animal lover, she has two quirky and comical rescue dogs, Gracie and Oliver. She also loves to entertain, and her own home is a center of great friendships and fun.
